The
Avaya 3910 Wireless Telephone is a digital telephone designed to
work with the Partner and Merlin Magix systems. It offers the mobility
inherent in a wireless telephone plus access to the features and
functionality of the communications system. Get access to all your
lines, put calls on hold, see incoming Caller ID, set up conference
calls, check messages - all while away from your desk. The Avaya
3910 telephone uses long-range 900 MHz digital technology and provides
the following features:
Connects to any available Partner extension port
Connects to an available ETR port (provided by 016 ETR Module) on
Merlin Magix System
160 ft. range (80,000 square feet)
2-line, 32 character handset liquid crystal display (LCD)
4 displayed operation modes indicating Talk, Ringer On/Off, Battery

Partner ACS Release 7 Features:
The
PARTNER® Advanced Communications Release 7 System's processor module
supports five incoming lines and nine extensions. The maximum system
configuration is 19 lines and 44 extensions, or 31 lines and 8 extensions
depending on accessories used. The Partner ACS processor can be
used with a 2- or 5-slot carrier when additional expansion modules
are required. Expansion modules can be used to add lines and extensions
to the system, or additional capabilities such as voice messaging
and fractional T1 support. PARTNER ACS systems support a wide variety
of features including Caller ID (name and number), Distinctive Ringing,
Send All Calls, Speed Dialing, and five-party conferencing - each
helping employees to be more efficient and productive. Cell Phone
Connect via the T1 module enables customers to answer calls even
if they are out of the office by simultaneously allowing calls to
ring simultaneously at their desk phone and to their cell phone.
Enhanced accessibility is also achieved through the Remote Call
Forwarding feature, which enables a call to be immediately directed
to any external number .A variety of cost control features provide
for better telephone expense management and system performance monitoring.
The PARTNER system is easy to install and administer. It is simple
to add modules and telephones and software upgrades can be performed
easily by inserting a PCMCIA card into the system.

the Partner ACS System, you have two basic voicemail options. Either
a small, inexpensive Partner Messaging release 3, or the full version
Partner Messaging Release 7

Partner ACS Messaging Release 3 Features:
2-Port
x 16-Mailbox System with 110 Minutes total storage. Handles up to
two calls simultaneously and provides service for up to 16 subscribers.
Can be configured for 2, 4, 6, 8 10, 12, 14, or 16 mailboxes.
Automated Attendant Service. Answers your company’s outside
calls and transfers them to the destination selected by the caller
(i.e. "Press 1 for sales...Press 2 for technical...etc.").
Call Answer Service. Prompts caller to leave a message or transfer
to another extension when the called party does not answer. Release
3.0 also provides Answer Only Mode that a personal greeting to be
played with a subsequent disconnect.
Voice Mail Service. Allows subscribers to listen to messages, delete
or save messages, fast forward or rewind while listening to a message,

Night Service. Provides after-hours service in addition to daytime
service.

• Easy Administration. Administer the Partner Messaging Module
Release 1.0 through a system display telephone (Partner 18D, Partner
34D) or through your LAN using a Windows based PC and easy to use
administration software.
• Automated Attendant Service. Provides four Automated Attendants,
each of which can answer different lines. You can create up to 99
announcements shared among all Automated Attendants. For example,
you can offer callers a choice of a standard business hours/location
announcement or a frequently updated announcement featuring special
offers for your sales department and two other announcement choices
for your service department (i.e. "Press 1 for sales...Press
2 for technical...etc."). Caller can choose between two languages.
